I have known Jim my whole life. He was friends with my dad in Sarnia growing up and when he eventually moved to London he would still come to visit. He was always Jim Bozo to me and my brother. I have so many memories of Bozo at the horse races and just hanging out at home. He always had a story to tell. I am saddened to hear of his passing. You will be missed Bozo, rest in peace.

I met Jim about 6 years ago during one of my daily walks in Springbank Park. He was always cheerful, always wearing a smile, and would make it a point to stop and chat. He will be missed, but never forgotten.
Rest in peace, my friend.
Your friend, Jake Wiersma

Jim was a dear park friend over the past few years. I would look forward to seeing him everyday on our walks and in the winter months he would sometimes be the only person I would see there. My 2 beagles loved Jim and would howl with joy when they spotted him along the trails or while we were still driving in the car. Jim loved hearing them do that for him and would reward them with a daily treat. We both loved watching NFL football games and since we liked opposing teams we enjoyed joking with each other after the weekly game. I miss seeing his big smile the most of all and my beagles still search for him during each park visit. Jim will be missed and is already!

I always enjoyed a laugh with Jim as we both travelled the trail in Springbank. I remember the day he shared his diagnosis with me. I was quite shocked - but he had already accepted it and was carrying on.
He indeed knew a lot of people, many by name. He was also a good fiend to their dogs, and always carried some treats if the owners said "ok"
I agree that an appropriate title for Jim is "Mayor of Springbank Park"
