In Loving Memory of Claudette Marie Garrod
October 28th, 1931- May 9th, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Claudette Marie Garrod on Friday, May 9th, 2025.
Claudette is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 73 years, Ross Garrod. Together, they shared a joyful life, spending the last eight years as cherished residents of Chartwell Retirement Residence in St. Clair Beach.
A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, friend and GG, Claudette will be deeply missed by her entire family. Her husband Ross, their five children — Dale (Kim) of London Ontario, Dianne (Tom) of Hamilton Ontario, Dan (Pam) of London Ontario, Dwain (Katina) of Vancouver BC and Doug (Vicki) of Belle River Ontario — her nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. Her memory will forever live on in their hearts.
In keeping with Claudette and Ross’s wishes, a private family celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th at Chartwell Retirement Residence, surrounded by immediate family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
