Suddenly at University Hospital, predeceased by his wife Janet (McKenzie) and his parents Hendrick (Henry) and Theresia (nee Bischops). Survived by his siters Maria (Mary) and Rosemary Boutzis (George) and their children Alex and Vanessa. Cremation has taken place.
