Obituary of Charles Robert McKenzie
McKenzie, C. Robert (Bob)
March 13, 1935 – August 30, 2025
Bob passed away peacefully at University Hospital on August 30, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Janice McKenzie (2022) for over 62 years. Predeceased by his loving son Douglas McKenzie (2020) and sister Phyllis
Ettinger (1991). Survived by brother Bill McKenzie, sister Marion McKenzie and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral to celebrate Bob’s life will be held at the Church of St. Jude, 1537 Adelaide St. N at 11:00 am on Friday, October 17, 2025. Light luncheon to follow service with interment to follow at Robbin’s Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Bob’s memory may be made to the Church of St. Jude Community Breakfast program.
