John Wayne “Jack ” Collins
December 26, 1944 - November 2, 2025
Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London Ontario at the age of 80,
Jack went to be reunited with his family in heaven.
Cherished step-father to Ronny (John) Nikolasevic, Ray (Brenda) Eaton
& Angie Watchorn. Forever known as Papa to Jessica, Amy & Ash.
Also remembered by his best friend Nick Norton (late) Coleen.
Beloved brother to Dave (Blanche) Collins of Brights Grove, On.
Uncle Jack to Paul, Gary (Karen), Barry, Brenda (Kevin), Linda (Rob)
Predeceased by parents, Murray & Ellen Collins,
sister Shirley (Doug) Williams & brother Doug “Moon” Collins.
Nieces Carol, Debbie (Bob) Young. Nephews, Murray, Robbie, Randy and Greg.
Also survived by many great nieces, and nephews.
Jack worked in the grocery retail business for 25 years. He was a avid lover of
baseball & horse racing, enjoyed playing card games & reminiscing with friends.
Also had a love for dogs, especially Heidi.
At Jack’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral.
Private burial will be held on
Saturday, November 15th
at Mars Hill Cemetery, Brinsley, ON.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at both
University and Parkwood Hospitals Pallative Care units,
also the doctors and nurses in the short years before.
