Obituary of William Arthur Beauchamp
Peacefully, with Phyllis by side at Victoria Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, London, Ontario on December 24th, 2025, William “Bill” Arthur Beauchamp at the age of 79 years.
Fondly remembered by his wife Phyllis Beauchamp (nee Oppen) of 52 years.
Survived by his sisters Janet Lambley (Robert “Bob) and Marian Lee and by several loving nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Percy and Eva Beauchamp, his sister Betty Dowswell and his brother Danny.
Bill worked for the Ministry of Community and Social Services for many years and touched many lives as a result. Bill was a good judge of character and enjoyed helping people.
At Bill’s request, cremation has taken place. A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
Donations to the Mission Services of London - Men’s Mission, 459 York Street, London, Ontario N6B 1R3 or The Sisterhood of St. John the Divine, 233 Cummer Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M2M 2E8 in Bill’s memory would be appreciated.
