Obituary of Lisa Anne Weir

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend, Lisa Anne Weir. Lisa passed away peacefully at the age of 63 in the comfort of her home on July 19, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. 

Lisa was a woman of extraordinary strength, courage, and kindness. She faced every challenge with grace and determination, inspiring everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. During her courageous six-year battle with cancer, she never let her illness define her. Instead, she continued to show unwavering love for her family and lived with remarkable resilience.

Above all else, Lisa cherished her family. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a proud grandmother, and a loyal friend. Her greatest joy came from spending time with those she loved, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 43 years, Bill Weir; her children, Ben Weir (Laura), Danielle Donevan (Rob) and Samantha Brown (Josh); Gramma to her cherished grandchildren, Jack, Brody, Brooke, Chloe, Charlie and Nate; her parents Arleen Hill and Wayne Kochuk and Siblings Karen Campbell (John), Mark Kochuk and Paul Kochuk along with many family members and dear friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Although our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing she is finally at peace, free from pain, and surrounded by love. Her love, strength, and beautiful spirit will continue to guide us every day.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 14, 2026 at Westhaven Golf and Country Club, 7038 Egremont Drive, London, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm where family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate a life so beautifully lived.
