In Loving Memory of Mom

Today, we gather to remember and celebrate the life of my beautiful mom, Cheryl Woosnam.

There are no words that can truly express how difficult it is to say goodbye to your mother. She was not only my mom, but a part of who I am. Losing her has left a space in my heart that can never be filled.

Mom was a mother to Nicole Elizabeth, Mitchell, Rachelle, Joey, and Ashley. She loved her family in her own way, and she will always be a part of each of our lives. She leaves behind her grandchildren and loved ones, including Emily, Lilly, and Bowen,each carrying their own memories of her that will stay with them forever.

She also leaves behind her sister, Meredith, who shared a lifetime of memories, family moments, laughter, and love with her. 

Mom’s family also included the people who stood beside her and shared in her life, including her boyfriend, Daniel Davies and her son-in-law, Shawn Tinning . They were part of her journey and the memories that will always remain with us.

Mom, I hope you knew how deeply you were loved. I hope you knew that, even through the difficult days, you mattered more than words could ever say. I will always remember your voice, your smile, the little things you did, and the moments that only a daughter could understand.

You used to sing to me, Mom, and I will carry the sound of your voice in my heart forever. Those memories are precious now, and I will hold onto them for the rest of my life.

Your life may have ended, but your love did not. You live on through your children, your grandchildren, your sister, your loved ones, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing you.

I wish I could have had more time. I wish I could have one more conversation, one more hug, one more moment with you. But I know that love doesn’t end when someone leaves this world.

Mom, thank you for giving me life. Thank you for the memories. Thank you for the love you gave us.

Rest peacefully, Mom. No more pain. No more suffering. 

You will forever be loved, forever be missed, and forever be a part of us.
