Woelk: Derek Reid
Peacefully at his home in London on April 7 2016, in his 64th year. Beloved husband of the late Darlene Dupuis-Woelk. Loving father of Jennifer Woelk (Bruce), Jeffery Woelk (Michelle), Andre Dupuis (Erika). Loving son of the late Henry and Helen Woelk. Loving Papa of Alex, Ella, Ava, Dezarae and Elijah. Loving brother of Debbie McIntyre (Dave). He will also be dearly missed by partner Andrea Levine, many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers. A Celebration of life will be held at the Highland Golf and Country Club, 1922 Highland Heights, London on Saturday, April 16 2016 from 1-4 pm. Charitable donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
