Obituary of Ann Czerwinski

Please share a memory of Ann to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Ann Czerwinski, age 58, passed away peacefully at London University Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones on Monday July 17th.

Ann was born in Birmingham England, February 5th 1965 to her mother Doreen, and her father Donald Selvey. She had many siblings, her brothers Paul, Roy, David, Jim as well as her sister Jane. She moved to Canada as a child with her family, where they grew up in Hamilton, across the street from the Czerwinski family. She met Kevin, who she would later marry. She had 2 daughters, Cindy and Lori-Ann, as well as stepdaughters, Ashley, Amanda and Alisha. They moved to Caledonia in 2004, where she worked at K.F.C for 8 years, and spent the rest of her time at home, taking care of her children and husband. Ann loved to garden and cook, and always enjoyed being outside to watch the birds. Ann had a big heart, and cared deeply for everyone in her life. They moved to Blyth in 2019. Ann was diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2022 but never let that
stop her. She continued to be strong, attending all chemo treatments and appointments. In May 2023, she was able to be there for her daughter Lori-Ann's wedding to Phil Doucet. She loved walking her down the aisle and dancing with her. She loved animals, her dogs Dixie and Poppy, and her cats. Ann will be missed greatly by her family and friends.

A remembrance will be held for Ann on Sunday August 6th at 11am, at Hidden Valley Park in Burlington. Everyone who knew Ann is welcome to join us, to say our final farewell.
