Obituary of David Robinson Winn

A celebration of life will be held at The Civic Gardens at Springbank Park on Friday, Sept 22nd, 2023 from 12-2pm. Lunch will be served. 

David was born in Rodney to Annie & Edward Winn on September 19th, 1951. He worked 30+ Years at Victoria Hospital in the HMMS department, retiring in 2013.  He enjoyed golf, music, and relaxing with a good book, or show.

David is survived by his 3 children, Jeremiah (London), Julia (Port Stanley) and Seth (London), Brothers Darcy (Wardsville), and Randy (London), many Nieces and Nephews and Grandchildren Paige, Echo, & Isla.   He is preceded in death by his brother Larry (1989).

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Organization of Bald Men of Southwestern Ontario.  The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the 7th Floor Acute Care Stroke Unit at University Hospital for their compassionate care.

 

Those we love don't go away;

They walk beside us every day.

 

Unseen, unheard but always near.

Sill loved, still missed, and very dear.

 

Wishing us hope in the midst of sorrow,

Offering comfort in the midst of pain, both today and tomorrow.
