Obituary of Jake Thompson
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jacob “Jake” Edward Thompson. Jake passed away from a life long struggle with asthma. Jake was born in London Ontario on August 22, 1993 and passed away on December 28, 2023 at the young age of 30. He leaves behind his long time partner Keely, their children Mason and Paisley, his parents Jennifier (Chris), Tom and step dad Wally, his grandparents Rose, Ed and Debbie, his siblings Robbie, Julia, Jace, Tyler, Carole, Serra and Maggie. Dear nephew of Liz and Ashley. Jake comes from a big loving family and will be missed by everyone he encountered in his short life. Predeceased by step mother Shannon.
Jake was a kind soul and had a huge heart and would give anyone the shirt off of his back to make sure that they would be okay. He is remembered for his love of skateboarding, video games, motorcycles and fishing.
Celebration of life will be held privately with close family and friends if you are interested in attending, please reach out to the family for details. In lieu of flowers donations to Teen Challenge would be appreciated.
