Peacefully at LHSC , London on March 27, 2016, in his 87th Year . Beloved husband of Mathilda. Loved father of Michael (Lisa), Sheila (Rick) grandfather to Sarah (Jeremy) great grandfather to Eleanor. Survived by is his sister Jo, predeceased by brother Bas and sisters Co, Ton and Fie
There will be a private family gathering to celebrate his life.
