Richard and I and my mother Emma send our heart-felt love and big hugs to all of Carolyn's close family and good friends. Richard and I have lots of happy memories of Carolyn including those from the 1980's when we moved to London. We had several wonderful gourmet dinner's and brunches together enjoying wine and lots of laughter. Carolyn loved to laugh with that happy smile and Richard the jokester and chef loved to make us laugh. Once she moved out west we always exchanged Christmas cards-the written kind(pre-jurassic eon)- each describing our latest interactions with all of our "critters" filling up both sides of the card. It was a special connection because nothing either one of us did for our "critters" was too crazy or "over-the-top" to each other. We reconnected when she and Darryl moved back helping Parker get to his appointments etc. I still hear her laughter like it is right there with that twinkle in her eyes and she always had an enthusiastic attitude with finding solutions to any problem. "Oh we can fix that" as she scrolled through her phone. I have no doubt that in the fun side of heaven she continues to dine in the best establishments (at a friend or family's home) enjoys Chateau Margeaux 1954 (cause in heaven all wine-even the boxes-are all vintage Chateau Margeaux) surrounded always by family, friends, and many, many, critters (who have a place at the table with French linen and silver) and she would want all of us to have a big party and raise a glass to toast the good times we shared , even if we all cannot have a Chateau Margeaux 1954. Cheers, hugs, and RIP( "Rip" it up up there) Cousin.

Dear Mrs. Rehel and family, Sending our deepest condolences on the loss of a beautiful person. I only got to know Carolyn over the last few years when she moved back to London. I always enjoyed our visits and getting to play with her sweet Parker. We started a tradition a couple of years ago of going Christmas shopping together, and it amazed me how quickly Carolyn could make decisions and complete most of her shopping in a single day! I am sad to think we won’t have that opportunity to shop together again. Carolyn was a very caring person with a gentle soul. She is going to be greatly missed by many. Carl and Darlene

We are so sorry for the loss of Carolyn. Her and Darrell were so good to us when we lived in North Vancouver. They would have us over with the kids, swimming in the pool and being in the hot tub. And all her cats! And as critter she would say. We send my deepest condolences to the family. Sending love and hugs. XO
