Obituary of Ivan Lloyd Hall

Peacefully at home with his wife Karen Taylor, daughter Lauri Cameron, and brother in law Craig Taylor by his side on Friday, July 1, 2016. Ivan retired from Courtesy Ford (Formerly Motion) to pursue his passion of fishing and hunting at Hawley Hunt Camp and at their home on Kushog Lake. He loved attending and following NASCAR at both the Bristol and Michigan race tracks. Ivan will be missed by his longtime friends Ralph (Linda) Gordon as well as Barbara and Ted Gauci. We would like to thank our Vancouver Island home care workers and friends Paulyne, Christine and Lynda for helping us care for Ivan from 2004 - 2010. From 2010 to present, thanks go to care workers Kim, Liz, Angie, Sandra and Lorna. Thank you Dr. Faisal Rehman. You are an amazing, caring doctor and wonderful person! Thanks and huge hugs to the CCAC Palliative duo Christine Baker and Dr. Kirk Hamilton without whom we would not have been able to have Ivan stay at home with us. Ivan's 14 years of being brave and strong are over. We will miss his one-liners such as when we asked "How are you Ivan?", his reply would be "Not Worth a Damn!"
