Dan Lee passed away peacefully on Jun 29, 2016 in London. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the care and compassion provided to Dan by the staff at St Joseph's Hospice during the last days of his life.
Father of Becky (David) Byers of West Lorne and Aaron (Julie) Lee of London. Grandfather of Adam, Chase, Tessa and Taryn.
In accordance with Dan's wishes, there shall be no formal funeral service. A private family-only internment ceremony will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Anyone planning on an expression of remembrance are asked to consider a donation to the St. Joseph's Hospice.
