Pauline and Family.... my deepest condolences, I visited Murray for many years when I drove the propane truck for Dowler Karn and he was the head mechanic at U-Need-A -Cab. He was always good to me and we shared many laughs. He always was talking about the cottage and the great times he had. Always good to see Pauline and Murray at the annual Dowler Karn Christmas parties too to catch up on old times. Murray was a great guy and will be sadly missed.... Dennis Stewart (Dowler-Karn Fuels)

Rob, Lorna, Crystal and Amanda ..... also Pauline and Tammi ..... My sincerest sympathy for your loss of your father, husband and grandfather. It's so hard to loose a parent, husband and grandpa. Time and memories are what you thrive on and don't lose that ever..... I lost my last parent a year ago, and live threw all pictures and memories ! Now like you Rob and Lorna, I'm a gramma and expecting a 2nd one ..... just found out. Try to stay strong for everyone especially the little ones to pass all those memories !! Take care of each other as that's all we have. I am at a loss for words. My friend, Tena, forwarded this to me today. He will be eternally missed and I was blessed to have known him.I'm so very sorry that I am so far away... Take care of each other now and in the future. Know that you were loved by his amazing man. I was just thinking about him yesterday and wishing that he was here in Cold Lake to help me with some projects. He always took such good care of Brig O'Dee Cottage when my family was in Norman Heights. I'm sure my mother and he have been chatting already! Love Susan

Paulie, Tammy & Rob, I am so sorry for your loss. There was a reason we all called him "Uncle" Murray, he felt like family from the moment we met over 30 years ago now. I loved hearing all his stories and he always took the time to help if you had a problem, especially when it came to cars. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Murray was so much fun and knew so much about mechanical and building. I loved his smile and twinkle in his eyes. His sense of humour and easy conversation always made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I admired his loving relationship with his wife and his care and direction with his daughter and so many others. He will be missed so much!!! May the memories of Murray keep him alive in everyone’s life who knew and loved him.
