Obituary of Ronald James Patrick Moran

MORAN, Ronald James – Passed away after a brave fight against transplant complications on Monday, May 21, 2018 at the age of 58 years.  Loving husband of Elizabeth Ann Moran (Masse).  Sadly missed by parents Alvin and Joyce Moran of Goderich.  Cherished father of Meghan Jackson, Melanie Moran and Amanda Parke. Stepfather of Kari Hunter and Michael Cassidy. Dear brother of Judy Lajeunesse (Michael), Brenda Wylds (Steven) of Goderich. Fondly remembered by in-laws Jack & Mary Ireland, Dick & Judy Masse, Terry & Yvonne Masse and Kathy Moran. Predeceased by loving brother Michael Moran (2009). Missed by his grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Cremation has taken place.  There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 598 Delaware, 11577 Longwoods Road, Delaware 2 pm – 5pm. Interment to follow with family in Goderich, Ontario at a later date.  As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to London Health Sciences Foundation, c/o Transplant Program. On line donations can be made through www.affordablefuneraloptions.ca.  Heartfelt thanks to the Heart Transplant team, Infectious Disease team, ICU and the many other nurses and doctors involved in Ron’s care at both LHSC University Campus and Victoria Campus.
