McLean: Ross Alexander (1934-2018)
After a courageous battle with many illnesses, Ross passed away peacefully on October 15, 2018, surrounded by many family members. Dearly loved by his wife of 56 years, Emily (nee Kaufman). Loving and loved Dad of Carolyn Nixon, Jeffery and his wife Kerri, Steven and David and his wife Marcy. Grandpa to William and Maggie Nixon, Rebecca, Christina and Jolina McLean, Caleb McLean and Samantha and Brennan Harvie. Father in law of Bill Nixon and Bonnie McLean. Dear brother in law of Morley and Ruth Kaufman, Laura Schultz (late John) and Mabel and Tom Ruff. Missed by Christine Haylow, many McLean cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. Visitation will be held at Eagleson Funeral Home 234 Palmerston Street, Southampton from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday, October 19, 2018. Service and reception will be held at Burgoyne Presbyterian Church at 11 am Saturday, October 20, 2018. Interment Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin. Memorial Donations to Burgoyne Presbyterian Memorial Fund, London Health Sciences - Children’s Health Foundation or Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
