It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Burgess Hoffman on Dec 3rd, 2019 at Country Terrace in Komoka, Ont.
Loving mother of Bonnie Hancox (Willy), Doug Burgess (Cheryl), Kim Cirillo(Tom),
Gaye Henshall(Nick), grandmother to several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by Clarence (Bruno) Hoffman, George Burgess and nephew
Steven Burgess.
Our mother will be forever missed in our lives!
