Glassford, John W. (Jack) London, On With great sadness the family of John (Jack) Glassford advises of his passing Mar. 27/2015 peacefully at home, surrounded by his family. In his 91st year he leaves behind his beloved wife and best friend Margaret, his daughters Debbie Gibson, Vicki Millman (John), Kathy Wands (Fred), Jennifer Glassford, sons John (Joanne), Paul (Anne), his grandchildren Megan & David Gibson, Lauren, Lindsay, & Danielle Glassford, Johnathan & Sarah Millman, Adam, Derek & James Wands, TJ & Matthew Glassford, & Holly & Blake Glassford. Treasured GG of Kloe & Reese Millman, Travis & Austin Glassford. Hard work & family lead him from his humble beginnings as an auto technician to a Chrysler District Manager & then to a Chrysler Franchise owner from 1966 to 1997 at which time he passed it on to his sons. A proud member of the Royal Canadian Airforce (engineer), Giro Club and Highland Investment Club. Many thanks to CCAC, VON, Dr. Dunkerley & Staff, Dr. Patrick and Staff & Dr. Khan. Special thank you to Becky (VON palliative care nurse). A celebration of life will be held @ the Highland Golf Course, Sunday April 19th drop in from 2 - 5.
