Obituary of John Patrick Smith
After a short illness John Patrick Smith passed away suddenly on June 22nd, 2022 at London Health Sciences Centre in London Ontario in his 81st year. Predeceased by his Mother Genevieve (Flint) Smith and Father John Smith. Predeceased by his wife Barb in 2019. Loving father to Jennifer and Jay (Tammy) Smith. Cherished Grandfather of Jordan (Jessica) Reed, Bradley (Felicia) Reed, Taylor and Nikko Smith. Life long friends of Len and Marilyn Lister. Donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation in honour of John. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
