Obituary of Pasquale Pat Moauro

Passed away peacefully with his loving wife at his side on September 21, 2022 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Ruth for 62 years, Loving father of Carri Schoeller (Don) and Jeremy. Dearly missed by grandchildren Ashley Nicole and Christiane Alexandra (Sterling) Hernandez. Also survived by brother-in-law Lloyd and sister-in-law Grace from Regina, nieces Gail, Candice (Mike), and Sherry and nephews Kelly (Shelly), Gary (Nancy) and Clint(Sheila). Predeceased by parents Constantine and Pauline and brother Frank (Ida).

Pat was a journalist with the London Free Press for 26 years and had his own monthly paper The Reporter for a number of years. Pat loved life and travelling, playing the piano accordion, belonged to a piano accordion club and enjoyed his time singing with his senior chorus.

The family would like to thank the doctor and medical staff for their compassion and professionalism. Pat wished to be remembered as he was in his healthy state.  Cremation has taken place and at Pat’s request there will be no funeral services. Arrangements entrusted to Affordable Funeral Options.
