I am so sorry to hear of Johns passing! He was at our home quite a lot in the 70’s, playing his base. Terry Titian and I would be jamming in the basement and it was always fun to have John join in. Our son was quite little, maybe two years old when John came to the door he announced clear as a bell, “John Chryssoulakis is here”. No problem with his name at all. I never forgot that. RIP sweet John Chryssoulakis….xxx

I remember John from our early days growing up on Isabella St in Sarnia. John was one of my best buddies in those days, attending grade school at St. Augustine’s. John was a good soul, always up to adventure, and uniquely talented. I can still see John at 10 or 11 years old, sitting at the family piano, listening to random pieces from the radio or TV, and then playing them back flawlessly after a minute or two, at most. He had an ear for music, something I truly admired.
Most of all I remember the summer times. What adventure’s we did have! From singing Beatle’s songs on the swings in Carr Park, to overnight backyard campouts, to exploring EVERY inch of our immediate neighbourhood, man did we have some adventures!
Although our paths diverged in high school and later years, John is one of a handful of people I’ve met in my life that I think of as a real, true friend. I relish the relatively short time we did have together, and I know I am a better person for it. Thank you John. I remember. God bless, and God speed to future adventures. Rest in peace.

We were so sorry to hear the news of John's passing. We remember him fondly as the "impish" little brother of Connie and Cathy. We had so much fun playing with all of you when we were young. The Isabella St. "Kids" were the best! You have left this world too soon, but you will never be forgotten.
Our sincerest condolences to Colleen and the rest of the Family.

John was like an uncle I've never had before. Since I first met him at work, he showed me some of his bass guitar collections, invited me over to have a pint of Guinness at this weekend bar gig and introduced me to Greigg who has been my go-to guitar tech. The last time I talked to him was when I sold him one my bass guitars and visiting a local music store during our lunch.
You will be always missed and remembered. Rest in peace. - David Jung-
