Please share a memory of George to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
WEBBER, GEORGE WAITE: Peacefully at home, with family by his side, George’s struggle with cancer ended with dignity on Saturday November 28, 2015, in his 91st year. George is pre-deceased by parents, Garnet & Pearl, brother Sidney, and his first wife, Beatrice. Beloved father of Ted, Bill, and Bob, and dear grandfather of Lauren and Alanna Webber. Remembered by nieces Pat & Joan. Much loved husband of Marion. Loving stepfather to Janet (Mike) Jeffrey, Heather Murray, & Michele (Frank) Masciotra. Adored Grandpa George to Blake Jeffrey, Dylan and Jacob Masciotra. George was a veteran of the RCAF, and a proud member of the 427 Wing for 52 years. At George’s request, there will be no visitation. A graveside service will take place for family and friends at Woodland Cemetery, 493 Springbank Dr., London, on Tuesday December 1, 2015 @ 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will follow at Civic Gardens, 625 Springbank Dr., London. Sincere appreciation to CCAC and all the care providers. A special thank you to George’s outstanding nurse, Deny Thomas. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Loving you was easy. Losing you is difficult. We are thankful for the time we had together. You are forever in our hearts.
