Obituary of Judith Ann Brown

Peacefully, surrounded by her family on Sunday February 19, 2023 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael Brown (2015) for 54 years.Judith was the cherished mother of Michele (David), Nicola, Jennifer (Bob), Shaena (Will) and  loving grandmother of Samuel and Celina Keays.Missed by family and friends in both Canada and Britain. Judith was born on February 16, 1933 in Slough, England and emigrated to Canada in 1960. She married Michael on March 18, 1961 at St. George’s Anglican Church in London. She worked for 3 years in the Engineer’s Office of the City of London and then was a stay-at-home mum to her four girls. Being a former Scouter, Judith became a Brownie Leader and Sunday School teacher in Byron. Returning to the workplace she spent 16 years as secretary at St. Anne’s Anglican Church. Judith loved her church and travelling with Michael to many countries. She loved her adopted country of Canada with a passion, and enjoyed travelling from coast to coast. Cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of her life at St. Anne’s Anglican Church, 1344 Commissioners Rd. West, London at 10 am on Monday February 27 with interment of ashes. All welcome.
