Obituary of Sharon Elizabeth Vass

Please share a memory of Sharon to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
VASS: Sharon In the comfort of her home, surrounded by love, in the early morning of February 4th, 2016, Sharon Vass, in her 73rd year, entered into the arms of the Lord. Sharon was the beloved wife of 50 years to the late Benjamin Vass (2014). Deeply saddened by the sudden loss are son Rob Vass and daughter-in-law Stacey, daughter Jennifer and son-in-law Bruce, and daughter Andrea. Shari was a loving and deeply caring grandmother to her grandchildren Victoria, Spencer, Caden, James, Leah (London), and Benjamin (Toronto). Shari was a cherished sister to Janet Williams, and the late Ted Gardiner. Shari enjoyed and loved, more than anything, her family and friends. She was a natural caregiver in all capacities and looked after everyone through her faith, kindness, and warmth. She was a true and genuine friend to so many, always with a smile on her face, and will be sadly missed. A liturgy will be held at St. Michael’s and All Angels on Monday, February 8th at 1 pm with a wine and cheese reception to follow. Visitation will be held at St. Michael’s and All Angels on Sunday, February 7th from 2-4 pm. Memorial donations can be made to St. Michael’s and All Angels.
