Fred Burrell

In loving memory of Frederick John Burrell, of lot 10, concession 6, East, Chinguacousy. Suddenly passed away in his 61st year, on Wednesday, November 16th after a brutal 2 1/2 year battle with cancer.

Sorrily missed by his loving wife Leanne and Son Michael who wish to extend a heartfelt thank you for all the love, prayers and care that enhanced Fred's life. He is preceded in death by his granddaughter Lillian Grace Burrell.

Fred, Leanne and Michael, the three musketeers, were inseparable for 35 years.

Fred was born at Brampton Peel Memorial Hospital to his father William Edward Burrell, and mother Bernice Hostrawser, on July 4th, 1956. He was a dear brother to Pam O'Sullivan, Doug Burrell, Jocelyn Presant (Doug) and baby sister Laura Burrell (Keith Moon) and Deb. Fred dearly loved all of his elders, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The love within Fred's life truly gave him life. With prayers and hope, may we keep the love and traditions going in his memory. Amen.

Funeral service will be held at Knox United Church, 2976 Charleston Sideroad, Caledon Village, ON L7K 0V8, on Sunday, November 20th at 3:30 pm.

Instead of a viewing, a visitation and celebration of his life will follow the service from 3:30 to 8 pm.

Fred attended Mayfield Secondary school. In his youth he traveled the world by bicycle and went to as many concerts as possible. Fred became a master custom brick and stone mason and loved restorations. He even was a publican for 12 years. Fred's real passion was golf, his family, friends and people - even four legged ones. He lived life to the fullest, to the end.

We all know Fred loved to laugh. Please bring any memories or pictures that can be shared in the celebration with all.
