My sincere condolences to Roberta and the rest of Paul's family. It seems the world lost two fine men, your Paul and my Dave (Chalmers) on the same day. Both scientists, both educators, both strong influences in the lives of others. Of course, I recall our Wildcat days together at Westminster. More recently, I had the pleasure Paul's Christmas calls to let me know that the wreath my mother made so many years ago was making its annual appearance in the Wenn home.

It was with profound sadness that Carolyn and I learned of Paul’s passing. I knew Paul as a member of the Science Department at Westminster SS and appreciated his dedication to his students and willingness to go the extra mile for fellow members of the department and students alike. A most kind and compassionate man who was deeply liked by all who knew him. His leadership as Head of Department was much appreciated.
We also knew Paul as a member of Byron United Church for several years, generating many fond memories of involvement in a wide range of activities over the years.
He will be sorely missed by family, friends and colleagues.
Our deepest condolences to Roberta and the family as they deal with this loss.

It is with sadness that I learn of the passing of Paul Wenn. Paul spent his career not only as a superb science teacher but also as a gifted Head of Science at several secondary schools in the original London Board of Education. His leadership and mentoring set many a young science teacher on the path to success and because of that mentoring his success as a teacher spread well beyond his own classroom. It was my privilege to work with Paul and to eventually assume the leadership of the excellent science department that he built at Westminster SS. There are so many lives that you have helped set on a successful life path. Rest In Peace good sir.

I remember Paul as a personable and well-respected science teacher at Westminster Secondary School in London back in the 60s although I don't believe I was ever in one of his classes. My real association with him was as a fellow member of Byron United Church Senior Choir and (later) of the Winnigene Hatch Singers. We sang together for many years and would share many happy memories of choir practices, special events, successful performances, music festivals and out-of-town adventures. Musicians form a special bond that time, circumstances, ill-health and even death cannot overcome. I bet he's sitting at the piano now. Bravo, Paul! Encore!

Sorry to hear of Mr. Wenn's passing. I was a student at Westminster 1974-79. He taught me biology, his brother taught me English, and I remember the 3 Volkswagen vans in the parking lot. I enjoyed my dissection course immensely and remember him telling us that fingers were invented before forceps! I became a RN and still am. Biology was important to me. We had a wonderful science teachers with Mr. Maltby and Mr. Trakner rounding out the team. Thanks for the memories and rest in peace.

My memories of Paul are from the time we played the bells at First St. Andrews under the direction of Helen Inch. Lots of learning and laughter at practises. Only saw you, Roberta, and Paul the odd time after that but you were always together, a wonderful sign.
My sincere sympathy.

My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Jennifer, Stephen, Martha, Andrew, Sarah, Tim and Lily. I will never forget you Paul, or the memories we shared.
